Description

Dewair or Dawer is a village in Rajsamand district, Rajasthan, India. It has a population of 4480. It is located on National Highway 48 (India) (earlier designated National Highway 8), 40 km from Kumbhalgarh and 22 km from Deogarh.

This is the site of the Battle of Dewair (1582) in which Maharana Pratap defeated Mughal forces of Akbar and reclaimed the land that he had lost in the Battle of Haldighati, and the Battle of Dewair (1606) in which Amar Singh I fought Mughal forces of Jahangir.

  • Arrival office at 06.30 hours and transfer to Jaisamand from Udaipur Office.
  • Check in at the Base camp
  • Refreshment on arrival.
  • Briefing about trekking.
  • Visit maharana Pratap Vijay smarak at dewair & dhudheshwar mahadev temple at Todgarh which is suited at middle of the forest.
  • Back to camp.
  • Dinner & Night stay at the Base camp.

     Day 2:-

  • Early morning at 6.00 hour wakeup call
  • 00 to 6.30 hour tea & toast
  • 30 hour start the forest trekking ‘’çhapli nature trail’’
  • Go for a jungle safari, landscape photography soak in the natural beauty of dewair.
  • During Jungle Safari will provide packed breakfast.
  • At 11.00 hour back to base camp and enjoy the lunch.
  • Check out from the camp with exciting Adventure memories
